Our client, a Global Fortune 500 leader in consumer, commercial, and enterprise technology, is seeking a Field Technical Consultant to join their team in Germany.

With operations in over 60 countries, they offer a portfolio of high-quality, secure products and services for personal and business use.


In this role, you will work under the direction of the EMEA Project Management Office (PMO) leader, alongside a team of Field Technical Consultants (FTCs).

You will utilize feedback from customer account teams to manage high-impact situations and provide analysis and support to the company's support teams.

You will also act as a single point of contact and trusted advisor for customer escalations, coordinating and overseeing problem-solving efforts.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with superior knowledge of PC and Cloud technology. Experience in areas such as SCCM, asset management tools, patch management, and Windows operating systems is preferred. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior executives.
