    What We Are Looking For:


    The Corporate Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive corporate communication strategies that align with Sectigo's vision, enhance the company's image, increase its exposure and share of voice, drive customer acquisition and loyalty, and achieve business objectives.

    This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate market insights and senior leadership input into compelling and high-impact marketing stories that fully support Sectigo's mission, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, and act as a brand guardian.


    What You'll Be Doing:

    Corporate Messaging:


    Develop and implement clear and effective corporate stories and messages, aligned with the company's mission, ensuring consistency across all channels and markets, and full alignment with the CEO's vision.


    Agency Management :

    Oversee relationships with global PR agencies and vendors, ensuring the Sectigo brand regularly makes the headlines, wins awards, and gains share of voice against the competition.


    Executive Communications :
    Provide strategic communication counsel to company executives and leadership, helping them deliver effective speeches, presentations, and messages.

    Market Analysis :

    Work closely with Product Marketing function to leverage customer and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and refine messaging.


    Cross-Functioning Collaboration :

    Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment with brand objectives and consistency in messaging.


    Analyst Relations :

    Work closely with analyst firms to promote the Sectigo brand effectively, influence analyst briefings, and leverage market trends and industry reports to build impactful, fact-based stories.


    Media Relations :

    Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage and manage crisis communication effectively.


    Internal Communications :
    Develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement, alignment, and awareness of corporate initiatives and news.

    Content Development :
    Contribute to the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media content.

    Provide regular content themes and stories to the Field Marketing team to use in their brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention campaigns.


    Measurement and Reporting :

    Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of corporate communication efforts and provide regular reports to senior management.


    Budget Management :
    Manage the corporate communication marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI and cost-efficiency in all marketing initiatives.
    Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.


    Requirements:

    Education:
    Bachelor's or college degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

    Experience:
    5+ years of experience in corporate communications or related roles
    SaaS / security software industry experience essential.
