Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Orlando, FL, On-Site

Join our client's team in Orlando, FL, and become a part of their mission to provide exceptional customer service while driving sales and building long-term relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a customer-first mindset and strive to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. This individual will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining extensive knowledge of the product to drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Drive customer sales and retention: Utilize your excellent communication and sales skills to engage with customers, promote our products/services, and ensure their satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
Event retail sales: Represent the brand at various events in the Orlando area, showcasing their offerings and closing sales with potential customers.
New customer acquisition: Proactively seek out opportunities to expand our customer base through targeted outreach and networking efforts.
Consult on customer success: Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to customers, guiding them on how to maximize the benefits of our products/services to meet their needs.
Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure the information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.

Requirements:

1-2 years of proven experience in customer sales and retention, preferably in a retail or event environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong sales acumen and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships
Proactive attitude towards new customer acquisition and business development
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
