This Emergency Dept Clinical Supervisor opportunity is part time at 24 hours per week, offers full benefitsw and a convenient day shift schedule.
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the clinical setting, performs disciplinary actions, participates in hiring and termination of staff.
Assists nursing director/manager with evaluation of quality standards of nursing care. Audits patient medical records to evaluate staff compliance with national patient safety goals and other established standards of practice.Provides staff education during orientation and through continuing education regarding the specialized knowledge and skills necessary for proficient practice in the clinical setting.
Provides direct and indirect patient care as necessary, assessing current patient care situations, priorities and needs.Ability to perform a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy
