Looking for a positive, reliable, and self-motivated Full time Relief Manager for a busy self-storage facility. Retirees are strongly encouraged to apply.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Renting selfstorage units and outdoor/open parking.
- Walkin/phone reservations.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the property.
- Sales and promotion of packing supplies.
- Effective use of computer system.
- Cash management procedures and daily deposits.
- Open and close of property following proper procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service, sales, and teambuilding skills.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- 12 years retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to achieve goals with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
- Must be available to work Saturdays (mandatory).
Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
