FINE Airport Parking is seeking dedicated Parking Attendants to join our team at our Houston, IAH location.

As a Parking Attendant, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience, ensuring smooth parking procedures and delivering exceptional service while embodying our company values.


Our Parking Attendants play a crucial role in creating the "FINE Experience" for our customers, guiding them into parking spaces with a warm welcome and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:


  • Utilize a golf cart to greet customers warmly and guide them into parking spaces.
  • Complete locator cards accurately to ensure efficient vehicle retrieval.
  • Keep lot signage organized and accurate to facilitate easy navigation for customers.
  • Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain facility security and uphold company standards.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the parking lot.

Requirements:


  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and overtime.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
