Project Architect Expanded Job Description-

Required Traits & Characteristics:

• Ability to manage, scope, schedule, and budget of wide variety of projects
• Possess a positive attitude and serve as a coach and mentor to others
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve problems in a timely manner while working with a multidisciplinary team of planners, engineers, surveyors, architects, and technicians.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Master of Architecture from a NAAB-Accredited University
• Proficient in Revit

Required Education/Experience:

years of experience in Architecture

• Previous project management experience

Travel:

• Position based in Benton Harbor, Michigan or Northern Indiana
• Travel between offices for collaboration with team members and for project meetings and job sites as needed
