In Grimes, IA, in the beautiful district of Wunsiedel, we are looking for support in part-time or full-time for our Allianz agency.

Responsibilities:

Nothing runs without you: You are the soul of the agency and start the daily routine, check electronic and physical messages, and inform your colleagues.
As the main point of contact in the agency, you confidently manage all inquiries regarding claims settlement and customer concerns.
You are the central link between all agency colleagues and Allianz.
You independently handle smaller claims and also sell license plates to moped riders upon request.
You have an eye for the essentials and do not hesitate when you notice something that needs to be done.

Qualifications:

You have at least completed vocational training (preferably in the commercial field).
Ideally, you have already gained experience in sales and enjoy daily interactions with customers.
You have a confident and friendly demeanor and are able to inspire customers.
