Project Manager:


Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or major coursework in project management, plus six (6) years of progressively responsible work experience in managing projects.

Capital Delivery Project Manager:


Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, architecture, or construction science, plus eight (8) years of experience in a field related to engineering, architecture, or construction management.

ORGraduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any field, plus ten (10) years of experience in a field related to engineering, architecture, or construction management.

Overview of the Position:


  • The Project Manager/Capital Delivery Project Manager works under mínimal supervision, this position oversees the planning, design and construction of various mediumtolarge or complex capital improvement building projects and leads and manages the project team. Serves as liaison between city departments, consultants, and contractors.
