Overview:


Demonstrated knowledge of Organizational Change Management /Communications strategies and best practices; ability to manage and develop written communications material for print and electronic, design project plans, support for OCM /Communications activities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meeting established timelines and tracking budgets as well as strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills, ability to work with all levels of management.

Typically possess 3-5 years experience as a project manager, communications specialist, OCM specialist or related role. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills. Hybrid schedule.


Responsibilities:


  • Identifying team performance opportunities and establishing Agile best practices
  • Implementing and championing Agile Maturity Metrics
  • Facilitating setup and optimization of team performance and work product tracking (Octane and UMTPI analogous to Jira/Ado)

Supporting Scrum Teams by:

  • Observing and recommending improvements to Scrum Events
  • Implementing Key Scrum Performance metrics
  • Laying foundation for Agile at Scale (Scrum of Scrums and Product Lines)
  • Supporting Kanban Teams by
  • Facilitating establishment and maintenance of team agreements and policies
  • Implementing key Kanban performance Metrics
  • Laying foundation for Agile at Scale (Up/downstream handoffs)
  • Conducting assessments and reporting on team performance
  • Rehabilitating troubled teams

Deliver team and organizational training on following topics:

  • Intro to Agile
  • Scrum Master Role (Intro and Advanced)
  • Product Owner Role (Intro and Advanced)
  • Agile Leader
  • Scaled Agile
  • Kanban (Intro & Advanced)
  • Workshops
  • Scrum Ceremonies
  • Backlog Shaping
  • Agile BRD
  • Agile Procurement
  • Story Writing
  • Roadmap Planning and Creation

Support Agile transformation by:

  • Conducting assessments and reporting on team performance
  • Assisting with policies and processes to benefit agile practitioners
  • Supporting adoption of key change metrics
  • Support teams through change

Qualifications:

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Minimum 35 years experience as an Agile coach at Fortune 500 company(s)
  • Minimum 35 years as Project Manager in a waterfall environment at Fortune 500 company(s)
  • Agile at Scale Cert (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent)
  • Certified Agile Trainer by accredited organization (Scrum Alliance or equivalent)
  • Listening skills

Wage Data Per State Requirements:
Salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
