Are you looking for a fulfilling job? Then you've come to the right place We are looking for someone to join our youth welfare team for the 2024/25 school year in Berg, working full or part-time with 80-100% hours.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEAM

Teaching in a multi-age learning group with a maximum of 12 young people

Responsibility for individual learning and development support for students

Developing sustainable perspectives for students' future paths


YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Willingness to develop a special education perspective on young people and to continue learning in this area

Teaching qualification for high school, preferably in the subjects of German, Math, English, Chemistry, and Physics

Good communication skills and experience with counseling conversations

High level of teamwork, empathy, and pedagogical creativity

Strong understanding of boundaries and appropriate relationships

Affirmation of our Christian and diaconal mission and willingness to contribute to our diaconal work
