ADP is hiring a Head of Strategy, Ops, and Innovation for our Data Solutions group.
The Head of Strategy, Ops, and Innovation will shape and drive ADP's data and AI strategic initiatives.

With data on the 30+ million US workers we pay (nearly 20% of private US workforce), ADP is in a unique position to create market and customer value from our data foundation.

You will lead a team of strategy and data analysts and work closely with our Chief Data Officer and other senior leaders across the organization to drive execution and tangible market impact.


You are an entrepreneurial leader that has demonstrated success in both driving alignment on a future vision and rolling-up sleeves to drive operational success in new, innovative areas.

You possess a unique ability to bring structure and clarity to hard problems all while bringing others along with you.

You are curious, passionate, and knowledgeable about how to turn data assets into real customer value in both B2B and B2C environments through data and AI-driven experiences.

You have a product mindset knowing how to distill customer needs and direct the right technology approaches to solving them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead the development and articulation of a cohesive strategy for data and AI across the company
  • Drive execution and realization of measurable customer value of targeted data and AI initiatives
  • Build, lead, and develop a highperforming team of strategy and data analysts to execute on your group's mission
  • Forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Business Units, Product Development, Sales, Data Science, and beyond to ensure alignment and seamless execution
  • Innovate and manage a robust portfolio of datadriven initiatives that contribute to business growth and solution enhancement
  • Spearhead market analysis activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats in Financial Services, Data, and HR Tech
  • Champion the ideation, development, and introduction of groundbreaking products and services that leverage ADPs data and AI capabilities
  • Socialize and evangelize new ideas with senior leaders across ADP to drive awareness and buyin
  • Remain at the forefront of industry trends to effectively adapt and refine the innovation roadmap

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:


  • A minimum of 10 years of strategic leadership experience, particularly in datadriven roles within the tech sector
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and communicating and driving the implementation of elaborate strategies, preferably with a strong focus on Data and AI
  • Experience developing and launching successful datadriven products and services
  • Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills, capable of inspiring senior executive teams and stakeholders
  • Know how to make new ideas come to life via iterative prototyping (UI and data) and customer cocreation
  • Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, with the ability to work in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract insights that drive business value
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, including Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Operations, to drive innovation and growth
  • Distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
  • MBA or equivalent experience in a top tier strategy role
  • Deep industry knowledge in the data, analytics, and AI space
  • Strong Product Management / Entrepreneurial experience in creating new products
  • Experience creating data or analytics products
  • Expertise in using or driving growth of AdTech platforms / products
  • Practical knowledge of SQL and other analytics capabilities to get handson with data
