Multi-site Property Manager - Los Angeles, United States - Westside Habitats

Description

We are a continually growing property management company in need of motivated, _office based_ property managers. We currently interviewing for available positions for a _multi-site_ manager in West Los Angeles area.

• Have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be computer literate and proficient, able to use/learn property management software. Knowledge of Appfolio a plus.
• Ability to market and rent available apartment units.
• Have a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Basic knowledge of fair housing practices.
• Customer service focused.

The duties of this position include:

• Work full-time at the Company corporate office in West Los Angeles.
• The timely collection of rents and proper, prompt service of 3day notices.
• Customer service of residents
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
• The oversight and supervision of multiple apartment buildings.
• Receive daily maintenance requests from tenants and assigning the completion of repairs.
• Monthly property inspections and followup to the completion of needed repairs or improvements.
• Ability to multitask and handle maintenance emergencies as they arise.
• Effective tenant relations and negotiation skills.
• Renewals of current residents.
• Provide unit/building access as needed.
• Walk properties and vacancies to assure company standard is being met.

Pay:
$60, $72,000.00 per year
