    Director of Nursing Job Summary:


    Plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall operation of the nursing department to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with all applicable laws and regulationsDetermines if resident is appropriate for admission and remains in our level of careManages the health care of all residents, including the dissemination of information to families and staffSupervise staff who have been delegated and/or assigned nursing tasksQualifications:Maintain a current RN or LPN license in the state of employmentMinimum of three years of experience in senior living care settingAvailable to work a flexible scheduleKnowledge of DementiaAbility to work under pressure and relate well to residentsCPR certificationBenefit & Perks:Benefits eligibility starting 1st of the month following hire date for *Full Time Employees*Amazing benefit plan offerings including Medical (PPO and HSA Plans), Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, HSA, FSA, etc.
