Job description

Implementing the expansion strategy
Expanding the network through active search and acquisition of new locations with the highest business potential
Responsibility for all process steps, from site visits and preselection of potential locations to negotiating lease agreements
Evaluating properties based on the company's technical, locationspecific, and legal requirements
Maintaining and expanding contacts with relevant external parties

Profile

Extensive experience in expanding retail companies
Comprehensive experience in negotiating lease agreements
Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market
Strong communication skills combined with good negotiation skills and a high level of assertiveness
High selfmotivation and a handson mentality
