- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentThis location is near an entertainment complex, professional sports and refreshing Lake Pleasant: Our Health Clinic in Surprise is nestled within one of Arizona's fastest growing municipalities This is a suburban demographic where people of all ages reside. The clinic is currently focused on primary care services with chronic disease management, Medicare wellness, physicals, well-child examinations, acute care visits and minor in-office procedures. We are adding a physician to this location due to growing volumes.
Banner Health total compensation package includes:
- Salary base plus Starting Bonus
- PSLF and Loan Repayment of up to $100k
- Relocation Assistance
- Paid CME days with allowance
- Paid malpractice
