We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to join our team.As a Live-In Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing round-the-clock care and support to our clients in their homes.
Your primary role will be to assist clients with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transferring as needed
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the care management team
- Follow care plans and adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any incidents or accidents
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Live In caregiver
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to provide physical and emotional support to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Must be willing to undergo background checks and drug screening
