- Collaborate with agency, creative, and content teams to brainstorm creative ideas and translate them into actionable plans.
- Lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
- Drive awareness and revenue for specific product assortments, such as bridesmaid and homecoming collections.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, setting KPIs and measuring the impact of campaigns.
- Work closely with project management teams to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery.
- Act as a strategic partner to Director David, providing support in campaign planning and execution.
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance and make data-informed recommendations for optimization.
- Previous experience in retail marketing, with a focus on developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to generate creative ideas and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start-up environment and willing to take initiative to drive results.
