Your main tasks:

  • As project manager in the role of client, you will be responsible for the planning and project management of externally awarded construction projects in all areas of municipal buildings
  • Handling of new and additional construction projects as well as renovation and restructuring measures
  • Independent management of quality, cost and schedule control for our construction projects
  • Coordination and management of construction projects, also in ongoing operation, in close exchange with users
  • You will work in interdisciplinary teams that are put together for each project

Changes or additions to the scope of duties are reserved.

Your profile:

  • Completed degree as a graduate engineer (FH/TU) or Bachelor or Master of Science/Arts, in the field of architecture or individuals with equivalent knowledge and professional experience
  • Several years of experience in planning, construction management and project management of construction projects is desirable
  • Team spirit, independent and responsible work and willingness to perform field services
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
