What we are looking for:


We are looking for motivated and qualified support for our IT department at our Düsseldorf and Löhne locations, with the option for regular home office.

You will be responsible for first-level support, installation, and maintenance of our systems to keep Home Deluxe running smoothly.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will handle the installation and administration of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • You will support clients, printers, telecommunications devices, and other peripherals
  • You will process user requests and changes in the ticket system and provide firstlevel support for colleagues in need
