If you are already qualified as a caregiver and working in this field, this further training will provide you with up-to-date knowledge.

Description

Up-to-date knowledge on caregiving and activation tasks. This 2-day (mandatory) further training is aimed at already working caregivers. With this training, you will expand your professional skills.

You will update your knowledge from the qualification course for caregivers and learn new information from related fields such as gerontopsychiatry, rehabilitation, social and health sciences.

The training includes reflection on professional practice through moderated exchange of experiences and discusses practical intervention possibilities for handling cross-cutting tasks in caregiving.

The updated guidelines of the GKV Spitzenverband of the nursing care funds for the qualification of caregivers include the principles of specific tasks for caregivers.

This includes the obligation to complete an annual further training (16 hours). This refresher entitles you to continue working as a caregiver.
