- Business Analyst (m/f/d) -

Project Content:

  • Migration of data to a new system

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of functional concepts
  • Coordination of processes
  • Liaison between IT and business departments
  • Supporting the implementation of solutions
  • Advising business departments on optimization needs
  • Assisting with testing
  • Gathering structured requirement definitions
  • Advising development teams as a liaison to the business department
  • Developing optimal and pragmatic solutions
  • Combining customer-oriented service with efficient and digital processes

Must to have:

  • Experience in private health insurance (PKV) in the areas of "benefits", "portfolio", "accident", "life" or generally in private health insurance

Nice to have:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst with a hands-on mentality, Jira, Confluence; similar project experience at Barmenia, Debeka, Adesso Insurance Solutions (AIS), msg
