We are currently seeking a new team member for our #teamepicto in Wilkeson, WA to support the development and management of our team of over 60 employees. Your main focus will be on personnel administration and the conception and implementation of personnel development tools. You will work closely with the management and team leaders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Conception, organization, and implementation of targeted training measures
Development of ideas and measures for personnel recruitment
Continuous development of personnel development tools
Employee development, such as standardized and regular employee performance, goalsetting, and development discussions
Planning and organization of training and further education measures
Support during the onboarding phase of new employees
Trustworthy contact person for our employees regarding all personnel administration and development matters
Support for management and team leaders during application, contract, and personnel discussions
Preparation and support of job interviews and applicant management
Further development and continuous improvement of our HR processes and tools
Support with administrative tasks, such as contract documents

WHAT YOU BRING

Successfully completed studies or training with a focus on personnel management or at least 2 years of professional experience in this field
Experience in a technical service company in the event industry with different employee groups is a big advantage
