    Job Description

    We are looking for a dedicated, creative, detail-oriented team player to join our Aptive team as a full-time Pest Control Technician in the Grand Rapids, MI area, reporting to our office in Comstock Park, MI. The ideal candidate thrives in both team and individual settings.

    • $17.00 - $21.00 an hour
    • Uncapped sales and referral bonuses - a unique bonus structure!

    Responsibilities:

    • Resolve customer pest issues on a daily route
    • Maintain truck and equipment
    • Record treatments accurately
    • Handle pesticides per regulations
    • Provide tailored pest solutions
    • Service route customers as per company standards
    • Alert customers of potential issues
    • Inform management of route concerns
    • Manage pesticide inventory
    • Assigned local route

    Qualifications:

    • No experience necessary - we provide training
    • Valid US driver's license for at least 3 years
    • Clean driving record
    • Required drug test and background check
