    Summary: We are seeking a talented Industrial Controls Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLC programming, electrical systems, and automation technology. This role involves designing, installing, and maintaining control systems to ensure efficient operation of industrial processes and equipment.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement PLC programs for industrial control systems.
    • Install and configure control devices such as sensors, actuators, and HMIs.
    • Troubleshoot and debug control system issues to optimize performance.
    • Collaborate with engineers to design and upgrade control systems for efficiency and reliability.
    • Perform preventive maintenance on control systems to minimize downtime.
    • Keep detailed documentation of control system configurations and changes.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in control technology.
    • Train and support production teams on control system operation and troubleshooting.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field; or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience as an Industrial Controls Technician or similar role.
    • Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and HMI software.
    • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control system diagrams.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
