Your mission will be to lead our Merchant Operations & Sales team in Ellicott City, MD. This team is responsible for all communication with our SME customers and handles all sales activities.

The ultimate goal of the team is to provide the best possible service by answering any questions about Banxware and explaining the unique selling points of our loan products.

As the disciplinary leader, you will oversee a team of 3 full-time employees with varying levels of seniority.

You will also be the go-to person for your team, providing support, acting as a mentor and coach, and representing them within Banxware.

Your responsibilities will include defining development paths for each team member, motivating them during busy periods, and ensuring they provide excellent service to our customers.

You will also coordinate with other departments such as Platform Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Risk, and Product & Tech.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Business Development and working closely with the Head of Marketing, your common goal will be to ensure smooth and effective funnel operations, high conversion rates, and excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

You will work closely with the Revenue Operations team to define and refine KPIs, optimize internal tools, and increase efficiency.

During times of high demand, you will also be hands-on and assist with operational tasks.

Profile:

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
3+ years of experience in sales, key account management, customer support, operations management, or a similar role.
