Do you have a passion for children? Are you a team player? Are you reliable? Are you a quick learner? Then we want to talk to you We are a pediatric office with locations in Highland Park & Vernon Hills seeking a dedicated and reliable patient representative to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Patient scheduling and registration
• Medical insurance processing and verification
• Maintaining electronic health records/Patient Portal Signup
• Collecting Patient Co-Pays, credit card information and outstanding balances
• MyChart Patient Portal
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting/front desk preferred but no required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills and accurate data entry
• Epic electronic medical record experience is a plus
• Quick Learner
