About this role:


Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support Corporate Risk Product areas and programs by leading transformation initiatives in Corporate Risk Change Management.


Business Execution:


Covers jobs responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.


In this role, you will:


  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
  • Be accountable for managing medium to large change initiatives that are complex and may touch multiple lines of business
  • Incorporate multibusiness and enterprise support operations organizational/systems/strategies/institutional knowledge/navigation to anticipate change impacts.
  • Communicate frequently to the team, sponsor, product leaders and stakeholders while maintaining cooperative, motivated, and successful teams.
  • Incorporate regular and appropriate consultation with steering committees, executive leadership, sponsors, product manager/leaders, business, and other stakeholders to validate change initiative's success viability, and sustainability.

Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of ECM (Enterprise Change Management) Methodologies and deliverables
  • Experience using Registry, MS Suite, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
  • 1+ years Agile and Product transformation experience
  • Experience working with compliance or corporate risk teams.
  • Experience with presenting to Sr. Leadership
  • Knowledge of audit, regulatory compliance, and risk management
  • Ability to lead within a matrix environment.
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executivelevel leaders.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive work forward.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Job Expectations:


  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Willingness to work onsite at stated location on the job opening.
