Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Data Interpretation: Interpret data from various analytics platforms to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance, including targeting, bidding, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
  • ROI Analysis: Calculate and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns to assess their effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different marketing tactics, messaging, and creative elements to drive better results.
  • Audience Segmentation: Utilize audience segmentation techniques with channel leads to target specific customer segments with tailored messaging and offers.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with the media team to develop accurate forecasts and allocate budgets effectively based on historical performance and market trends.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in a performance marketing or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies is desirable.
