Responsibilities:

  • Individual and needsbased customer consultation for windows and doors
  • Offer calculation and order processing
  • Customer support via email, telephone, and personal consultation
  • Point of contact for customer inquiries regarding payment and order processing, cancellations, and returns
  • Ensuring delivery deadlines in terms of quantity and quality
  • Participation in organizing demand management
  • Communication in German and Polish

Qualifications:

  • Technical or commercial vocational training (office clerk, office management assistant, office manager, office communication specialist, accounting employee)
  • Good/very good language skills in Polish (spoken and written)
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Communication skills, friendliness, and reliability
  • Ideally, knowledge in the field of windows and doors or a strong technical understanding
