Software Packager (m/f/d) in Application Deployment


Full-time, Permanent · Cologne


Your Responsibilities:
  • You package and distribute software products using modern scripting languages
  • You work with common software distribution solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager), OPSI, and others
  • You improve and optimize software distribution processes
  • You analyze and resolve issues with new and existing software packages
  • You are the central point of contact for the introduction of new software products
  • You perform functional tests on new software packages
  • You create and develop accompanying documentation
  • You provide 2nd-level support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers

Your Profile

  • You have completed training as an IT specialist (or equivalent) or a degree in IT
  • Relevant certifications or completed trainings are a plus, but not mandatory
  • You work well independently as well as in a team
  • You have a good technical understanding, a strong service and solution orientation, and a structured and careful way of working
  • Having a class B driver's license is ideal
  • Fluent German language skills are required - English is a plus
