• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing patient care
• Prepare and package medications for distribution
• Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
• Enter prescription information into computer systems accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare providers
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and ensure their needs are met
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experienced
• Current pharmacy technician certification (CPhT)
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations.
• Proficient in using pharmacy software systems for medication dispensing and inventory management. Proficient in typing scripts, and billing medication through proper insurance
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Patient care: Ability to provide compassionate care to patients and address their needs effectively.
• Medication preparation: Proficiency in preparing and filling medications accurately.
• Patient service: Ability to provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Pharmacy technician: Expertise in performing the duties of a pharmacy technician, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Medical terminology: Knowledge of medical terms used in prescriptions, patient records, and healthcare settings.
