We are looking for a dedicated and independent logistics and customer service specialist for our respiratory protection service workshop in Maple Rapids, MI.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics and providing personal support to our customers in the fire department and industrial sector.

Your passion for technical products and services, as well as your strong service mindset, make you the ideal candidate for this position.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Twice a week, you will be responsible for driving a 3.5 ton van to deliver and pick up respiratory protection equipment.
  • You will be in charge of picking up pressure vessels from our customers within our sales area using a 7.49 ton truck. You will be responsible for planning your own routes.
  • Preparing and organizing pressure vessels for recurring inspections, as well as recording customer orders in our ERP system.
  • Providing telephone and inperson support to our customers in the fire department and industrial sector.
  • Managing the incoming and outgoing goods of pressure vessels.
  • Assisting in the respiratory protection workshop with the preparation of respiratory protection equipment.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:


  • A valid driver's license for class B and C1, as well as a driver card (modules not required).
  • Enthusiasm for technical products and services.
  • Strong customer and serviceoriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills.
  • Reliability, dedication, and teamwork.
  • Ideally, you are a member of a fire department
