Overview:
We seek a skilled and experienced Biligual Production Supervisor to join our team.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality products.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the shop floor
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to optimize production processes
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality products
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
