Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Needs Analysis:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs, risk profiles, and financial goals.

Analyze clients' current insurance coverage, identify gaps or deficiencies, and recommend appropriate solutions.


Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new clients, penetrate existing accounts, and achieve revenue targets.

Identify target markets, industries, and demographics for prospecting and lead generation activities.


Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Prospect for new clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking progress and activities in CRM systems.


Insurance Product Expertise:


Stay informed about a wide range of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, property and casualty insurance, and retirement planning solutions.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the features, benefits, and suitability of different insurance options.


Relationship Management and Client Retention:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty through exceptional service and personalized attention.

Provide ongoing support, guidance, and communication to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.


Sales Presentations and Negotiations:


Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, articulating the value proposition and benefits of insurance solutions.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage options with clients to secure new business and maximize revenue opportunities.


Requirements:


  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
  • Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others, set a good example, and inspire others.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
