We provide equity investment management services for institutional investors, leading corporate, public and individual clients on a world-wide basis by way of separate accounts, sub-advised mutual funds, and other commingled vehicles since our firm founding in 1995.


Our team of over 150 employees is mostly based in our headquarters in Manhattan and we have additional offices in London, Dublin and Melbourne.

  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to: gather requirements, provide technical guidance, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation
  • Take on various roles and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and versatility in supporting the organization's evolving needs
  • Develop and implement software to support internal initiatives, that enhance business processes and manage business intelligence
  • Create and deliver a wide range of reporting solutions, using tools such as SSRS and PowerBI to provide valuable insights and support datadriven decisionmaking

Note:
We are currently working in a hybrid environment with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. You will also have an additional 15 days of remote flexibility that can be used at your discretion.


Basic Qualifications**- 4-6+ years of experience in developing intuitive, high-performance, high-availability data and business intelligence platforms

  • Proficiency in writing and understanding complex SQL queries on MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge of C# and.
NET platform

  • Skilled in data analysis and refactoring
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience at an asset/investment manager
  • Experience with Enterprise Data Management Tools (e.g., Markit EDM or similar)
  • Experience building ETL pipelines for inbound and outbound system feeds (e.g. FactSet, IDC, Refinitiv, etc)
  • Experience with reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS)
  • Experience in Relational Database Design and Development

Salary Range:
$125,000 - $150,000 USD Annually


The actual base salary may vary depending on factors, including, but not limited to location, work experience, education, training, skill level, and market conditions.

At Pzena Investment Management, base salary is just one component of the total compensation, which may include, year-end discretionary bonus and employee benefits.
