**Overview**
The Controls Analyst III uses engineering knowledge and methods to design, install, support, and repair technological tools and equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Analyzes user needs.
+ Builds, modifies, installs, and tests products.
+ Troubleshoots errors or malfunctions and performs unscheduled or routine maintenance.
+ Creates, distributes, and maintains service or training manuals.
+ Provides on-site training.
+ Performs work under minimal supervision.
+ Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
+ Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
This position is Full-Time, Exempt, and reports to the Logic Director.
**Qualifications**
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ 2-4 years of experience.
+ Possesses solid working knowledge of the subject matter.
+ Ability to work as part of a team.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Customer/client orientation.
+ Problem/Situation Analysis.
+ Analytical thinking skills.
+ Technical expertise.
+ Ability to meet deadlines.
+ Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
+ Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

+ 50% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
Physical/Work Environment Requirements
+ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

+ Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
