Overmold Assembler - Clintonville, United States - Specialized Products, Ltd

Description

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Overmold Assembler is responsible for the preparation of wire/cable and components for overmolding and of the overmolding process.

• Prepare wire/cable and components for overmolding
• Operate and maintain dispensing equipment
• Visual inspection of product
• Testing/inspecting parts to meet standards
• Clean and patch (if necessary) overmolded product
• Package & label finished product
• General housekeeping of work area
• Reading and following prints, BOM's, lead lists, shop travelers and other necessary paperwork
• Train on using an induction unit for department jobs
• Other job duties as assigned by management within or outside of own department as needed

• Be well organized and have strong math skills
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Willing to work with others as well as being selfmotivated
