We are looking for team members passionate about delivering industry-leading experiences to our customers and supplying turn-key solutions for any HVAC, refrigeration, critical environment, custom metal fabrication, energy performance, or specialty mechanical project.

As a Project Developer, you will play a crucial role within our sales department, collaborating closely with our Design Build, Estimating, and Energy Engineering Teams.

You will be responsible for analyzing project documents for Design Build and Energy Performance Contracting projects, accurately estimating costs, and assembling comprehensive project packages for potential projects.

What We Ask of You:

Interact with customers to understand their project requirements and preferences.
Provide budgetary estimates for owner decision workshops.
Collaborate with project teams and clients to develop detailed project scopes.
Assist in reviewing project investments with customers and participate in final negotiation discussions.
Provide detailed descriptions of facility improvement measures and projected energy and operational savings.
Support the operations team in addressing field challenges.
Work alongside equipment vendors to determine equipment needs for project scopes.

Experience & Competencies:

Bachelor of Science in a related discipline is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating HVAC and/or plumbing projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
Ability to communicate effectively in highpressure environments.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and dedicate necessary time to tasks.
Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

The estimated compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $125,000. This range is based on several factors, including individual education, qualifications, training, prior work experience, and work location.
