Job summary
The Manager of Aircraft Programs and Records at CommuteAir oversees aircraft maintenance programs and records functions to ensure regulatory compliance, data accuracy,and operational support. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance Programs this role leads Maintenance Technical Writers and Records Technicians manages
aircraft program revisions audits task card development ensures complete accurate aircraft records throughout the aircraft lifecycle supports
aircraft inductions lease returns maintenance planning while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations manufacturer requirements.
- Perform accurate complete computer entries of maintenance actions.
- Provide day-to-day leadership supervision of Maintenance Technical Writers and Records Technicians including scheduling training time-off coordination payroll oversight.
- Evaluate the manager is responsible for maintaining a high level of expertise in relevant aviation technical areas such as airframes engines components accessories propellers electronic systems avionics communications navigation safety equipment emergency procedures etc.
