- Devise a strategic plan to expand our client base and nurture existing client relationships.
- Conduct effective sales calls to secure meetings with potential referral prospects.
- Gain customer commitment to make our company their preferred vendor for all cleaning and restoration/remodel services.
- Foster partnerships with relevant contractors to enhance the value we offer to customers.
- Grow existing customer accounts by diversifying the services they source from us.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and enhance relationships.
- Generate timely sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings with the owner.
- Keep in touch with existing customers through phone and in-person interactions.
- Deliver presentations to potential client organizations.
- Contribute to brand visibility through social media as per company guidelines.
- Engage actively in trade, community, and networking organizations, and attend related events.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in outside sales.
- Demonstrated track record of being a proactive, competitive, and value-centric professional.
- Preferably, familiarity with the restoration and remodeling industry, or a willingness to learn.
- Availability to attend networking events 2-4 evenings per month.
- Clean driving record and clear background check.

At Camel City Restoration, we're on the lookout for a go-getter who can connect with individuals and organizations, set up meetings, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
