Description
Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
- Supervise or perform financial statement and financial-related audits according to Government Auditing Standards.
- Perform test work (controls and substantive) over account balances and transactions.
- Analyze and document findings from test work performed.
- Provide recommendations to correct deficiencies observed during the conduct of the financial audits.
- Prepare plans, audit analysis and business process narratives.
- Perform client engagements within budgetary and time constraints.
Required skills and qualifications:
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related Business Administration (with a major in accounting)
- Ability to obtain US Federal government security clearance.
- Experienced in compilation and analysis of data, using automated tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Ensuring highquality work and timely deliverables.
Pay:
From $64,786.18 per year
