Enterprise Account Manager - Treasury Solutions

Reporting to:
Head of Account Management, Treasury Solutions Suite


Location:
New York, NY (Hybrid)


Overview:

A premier team within the treasury and financial solutions sector is seeking a dedicated professional.

This team is composed of experienced individuals in sales, client management, pre-sales, and operational support, emphasizing a collaborative approach across various departments to ensure client success within a dynamic sales environment.

The role focuses on maintaining and expanding client relationships through exceptional service and strategic solution offerings.


Role Responsibilities:


  • They will gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' treasury operations and provide advisement on optimizing solution utilization for maximum value.
  • Leading the creation and delivery of commercial proposals and presentations, covering both software solutions and professional services, will be a key duty.
  • They will champion valueadded solutions, enhancing clients' returns from their investments.
  • Coordination with internal teams, including customer support, legal, and senior management, to ensure seamless service delivery is expected.
  • Representation of the organization at industry events and conferences, staying abreast of industry trends to support client discussions, is also required.

Requirements:


  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to craft highquality customer proposals.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding capabilities, coupled with a consultative and problemsolving approach to client management, are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, multitask, and thrive in a fastpaced environment is needed.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management or within a treasury department is necessary.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • A proven success record in customer retention and expansion within an existing client base is desirable.
  • Handson experience in a customerfacing role within account management, ideally with exposure to solution selling strategies, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or similar financial solutions is advantageous.

Pay:
$120, $130,000.00 per year
