Lead Management B2B & B2C (m/f/d)


Department


Contact placement and new customer acquisition (in development, currently three people), responsible interface between marketing and sales

Responsibilities


Organization of our lead management activities (B2C) as well as the search for potential new customer contacts (B2B), reporting directly to management/management

Tasks

  • Management and optimization of established organizational processes
  • Comparison of B2B contact sources (national & international) from marketing with our existing customer database
  • Researching background information and systematically pre-qualifying potential customers
  • Creation and maintenance of master data in our ERP system
  • Handing over research results to a defined sales team acquisition process, including monitoring response times and results
  • Referring end customer inquiries for photovoltaic systems (B2C) to EWS partner network via an online project management system
  • Maintaining statistics on contact placement and new customer acquisition

Requirements

  • Good self-organization, commitment, reliability, flexibility, teamwork and assertiveness
  • Solution-oriented and structured way of thinking and acting
  • Proficient in Microsoft
