This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual with good overall repair maintenance skills. This person should be able to multi-task and handle requests timely & put forth quality work. Overall maintenance and general repair knowledge are a must. Our team members are positive individuals who know how to interact with guests in a professional, but personal way. This individual must be a go-getter and be able to work independently, while still putting forth quality work.

Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive and comfortable conditionResponsible for cleaning/maintaining the outside of the property, including, trash pickup, leaf removal, snow clearing, and ice treatments.

Assist in turnovers, as requested.

Responsible for conducting preventative maintenance on the propertyResponsible for checking the pool(s) twice daily and logging all required information, as well as correcting anything that is not right.

Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels for maintenance equipmentAssist in minimizing labor and supply costs relating to maintenanceResponsible for fulfilling all tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerConducting regular inspections of the grounds, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, gas turnoffs, etc.

and notifying the property manager of anything that needs attention.

Compensation:
$40, $50,000.00 per year With a real estate history that ties back three generations, Cascade Development was formed in 2016 on midwestern principals of a hands on, hard work approach to all aspects of our business. One of our founders, John Stauffacher, cut his teeth in the family business helping his father build Exel Inns of America, a 35 property hotel chain founded in 1974. Fast forward to today, the lessons learned through a lifetime of development have shaped the way we do business. As a boutique firm that acts as a developer, contractor, and manager of its ground up properties, Cascade Development strives to provide great buildings staffed with quality employees that provide exceptional service.
We are currently the owner and operator of 3 hotels in the Madison area, consisting of Holiday Inn Madison at the American Center, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison and Madison West

Middleton and we are now back into the multifamily sector with The Outlook at 1000 Oaks and our brand new complex Homestead Luxury Rentals.
