The position is a responsible, diverse, and challenging role for which we are seeking excellent consulting skills, a strong customer focus, and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Taking initiative, acting independently, and expanding our existing customer base are key aspects of this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Professional consulting for clients and actively generating new business (existing and new customers)
  • Designing strategic, creative, and crossmedia communication concepts for reaching doctors and patients
  • Independently and reliably managing crossfunctional projects, timelines, and budgets
  • Creating innovative content formats
  • Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams
  • Managing contacts with publishers, service providers, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry
  • Continuously developing and expanding our agency portfolio
  • Representing the agency externally, for example at events

Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree (ideally with a background in natural or communication sciences)
  • At least five years of professional experience in a communication agency or a comparable position on the industry side
  • Indepth expertise in planning and implementing integrated communication approaches (strategy, omnichannel concept, content and digital formats, and PR)
  • Indepth knowledge of healthcarespecific media and markets
  • Confident and professional demeanor towards clients
  • Enjoyment of working closely with different disciplines
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent selforganization, as well as strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Creative and conceptual thinking, as well as process knowhow in communication
  • Very good German and English language skills, both
