As a Client Relations Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering brand loyalty, increasing customer retention, and driving revenue growth through your dedication and expertise.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring ultimate brand loyalty and satisfaction during inperson interactions.
  • Utilize exceptional negotiation skills to support the sales process and identify upselling opportunities when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to seize new opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
  • Become an expert in our clients' products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits to customers.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service with every interaction.
  • Work closely with our team of entrylevel Client Service Trainees to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in communications or related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with a clientcentric attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a teamoriented environment.
  • Drive and ambition to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year


Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
