    DOESUMMARY:


    We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Recruiting Manager, from advertising open roles, interviewing candidates, and closing hires.

    Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers.


    Essential Duties:

    Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plansCreate and publish job ads in various portalsNetwork with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during eventsCollaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employeesScreen resumes and job applicationsConduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidatesInterview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hireDesign, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveysHost and participate in job fairsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openingsPerform other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or minimum 5 years related field experience.8 Years' experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, or similar roleKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and websites like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.

    Familiarity with applicant tracking systemsStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsExcellent computer skills (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Team and Competitive spiritOil and Gas Preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
