Description

• Litigate and negotiate on behalf of clients in legal disputes
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and obligations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• At least 3 years civil litigation experience with an interest in medical malpractice.
• Admitted to practice law in Florida
• Proven experience in litigation, including drafting legal documents and representing clients in court
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
