  • Has a strong background in research as shown by publications in reputable ML conferences/journals or involvement in open-source software development.
  • Hands-on experience as a technical lead on research projects.
  • Understanding of ML methodologies and strong mathematical skills.
  • Ability to develop new ML approaches for diverse data sets.
  • Capacity to lead and secure funding for R&D projects.
  • Keeps updated with the latest industry trends and drives innovation.

Additionally, this role involves collaborating with various entities like universities, government agencies, and national labs.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • 5+ years of practical experience with ML techniques, algorithms, and development tools.
  • Research experience in combining ML approaches for engineering challenges.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Must be a U.S. Person or eligible for necessary export authorizations.
  • Solid math background in statistics and linear algebra.
  • Experience in leading projects from inception to completion and managing technical deliverables.
  • Prior exposure to LLMs, RAG, and multimodal models.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional ML experience.
  • Strong publication record in conferences like CVPR, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, etc.

Education

Required: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field

Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
